Growth mindset

How does a growth mindset look like?

-I can do hard things.

- It is okay to not know everything, I learn every day.

- Failure is part of the process to succeed.

- Positive thinking leads to positive things in life.

- Becoming smart is a process, not something you are born with.

- Don’t give up on chances and opportunities now, you never know when you will need them.

- We can do anything as soon as we set our mind to it.

- Don’t be afraid to be different. Be afraid to never try.

- Don’t underestimate the power of your brains.

- Appreciate yourself and others will follow.

- An expert was once a beginner.

- It’s not a mistake. It is progress.

- Success comes with patience.

- I am a better version of myself today.

- I am in the progress of figuring it out.

- I learn by trying new things.

Being aware of how you act and feel and recognizing resistance, learning to detach yourself from negative thoughts and creating a new space for positive thoughts. Catching the moment when you overreact and changing your attitude. Understanding your thoughts are not part of you and that you need to be responsible for choosing good thoughts. Thinking clearly and positively because negativity had helped no one. Understanding that what the future holds depends on our level of thought. Becoming comfortable with uncertainty, because it is they key to limitless potential.

Growth mindset will attract more opportunities in your life and improve your skills and performance.

Collage - creative mix

There is a love in your younger years and then there is a love that is with you till eternity. One will break you but the other one will make you and this is the one you will take with you.

One of my first large-scale drawings, focuses on using creative mix - technique - collage on paper - I used newspaper as a layer and cut it around the woman’s figure then instead of paining on a white paper - I picked the colour’s background, which is also the base of the woman’s body.

Painted with acrylic paint.
