Daily inspiration: Does words inspire art ? Yes and especially songs. I love listening to music and really often it boosts my creativity, improves my focus and makes me really involved into what I do. That’s why I though why not create an artwork inspired by a song such as “Send my love ” Adele. The video itself is so artistic. I took the concept of Adele’s rose dress and included this in my artwork as it is also main part of the artistic performance. #alwaysmusic #dailyinspiration

“Alexander McQueen consistently promoted freedom of thought and expression, and championed the authority of the imagination.” His work is an incredible example of how art transforms the world of fashion. His work speaks for itself and it recognizes the power of women, the darkness of the soul and also creative expression of wildness. 

For me art always has an element of theatre and it gives you the power to express every aspect of yourself. By bringing imagination and art, in the world of fashion, Alexander McQueen becomes an icon. His outstanding work is a great source of inspiration for topics that can be used for an artwork. I just watched his documentary MCqueen on Netflix, which I truly recommend. It gives you inside out details of not only his creativity but also his personal life, successes and failures.

Es Devlin has always been the greatest design inspiration for me.  Incredible level of unique techniques and designs that I admire. Her success as a person who follows her own style and “thinks out of the box” has always been my inspiration as a designer. Often you learn from the very best because they motivate you most to go your own way. That’s why I would always say that Es Devlin is my design icon.
